Dear Skymarket Customer,
A number of customers
(you know who you are!) have suggested we start up a
newsletter, in order to keep our customers informed of the latest
news about
Skymarket and the Internet generally. If you would not like to
receive future informative emailings from us (your Internet Service
Provider) to the email address you specified for you Skymarket
account, please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of this
email.
Firstly, we have been developing a comprehensive control panel
for your
domains and services, the details of which you can read below.
Secondly, our
website has been redesigned and the new version will be launched
shortly.
Again, the details can be seen below.
It also occurred to us that with Spam and Viruses a very real
and ever
changing threat to businesses, it would be useful if we could alert
our
customers to new threats or useful measures when we find out about
them.
With these things in mind we will be starting to add news updates
to future
newsletters that detail innovative measures or new developments
in these
fields, along with updates about the Skymarket Group itself.
We think that if our customers become more knowledgeable about
the internet
and the way it works then we will be helping them to have a chance
of
greater success in a very fluid industry.

SKYMARKET
Our
new website has been in development for almost a year and will
tie-in
with one of the best online control panels ever
seen, if not the best. The
site itself will contain everything you need to know about your services
and
domains along with ADSL, web design, web promotion and much more
besides. The
launch date for the new site will be November 30th 2003 and a preview
can be seen
on the front page of our existing site at www.skymarket.co.uk.
We have tried
to design the new site with the user in mind, focusing on
clarity and ease of use. In the end we will measure our success by
the
feedback from our customers, which will hopefully mean more dialogue
between us. In an industry that sometimes fails
to back up its
automation with high quality customer service, we pride ourselves
that we
continue to be available to clients that would rather have someone
to talk
to on the phone, when needed.
CONTROLCENTRE
The new ControlCentre has been designed with the very best automation
on the
market built-in and will allow total control over all your domains
and
services, enabling the highest degrees of management possible. For
those of
you who have customers of your own, you will be able to use the new
control
panel to set prices, invoice the clients and manage their accounts
online
using your own branding, not ours. For those of you who find the
Internet a
bit of a mystery, you will still be able to do all the things you
are able
to now, and we will still be here to answer your queries and help
you
through the more complicated procedures.
All in all, we suspect the new ControlCentre can be all things to
all men
(and women) and we are relying on the feedback from our customers
to tell us
what they like and what they think could be done better. In the end,
Skymarket will become a reflection of what you need, rather than
what we
want to provide.
