explaining the emails that our Controlcentre
sends out. The emails themselves are designed
to make clear their purpose
but in case you are not sure what each one means,
an explanation of the main
ones are shown below:
DELETION REMINDERS
A SCHEDULED FOR DELETION e-mail cycle will
typically commence the day of
expiry. Services will be deleted the next day
after the deletion date. An
example can be seen below:
You have 1 service that has expired or is due
to expire and its status is:
SCHEDULED FOR DELETION on 13 Jan 2004 (7 days)
Please go to www.controlcentre.biz and log
in with the username and password
that you were initially assigned and then go
to 'Options' and 'Upcoming
Renewals' where you can renew or cancel online.
If you do not know your login details please
reply to this email asking for
them to be re-sent.
NOTE: SERVICES THAT ARE FREE OF CHARGE STILL
NEED TO BE RENEWED OTHERWISE
THEY WILL EXPIRE AND BE DELETED.

existing expiry date, so that you don't lose
out.

Go to http://www.controlcentre.biz and log
in as (your username) with the
password you were initially assigned and then
go to the Upcoming Renewals
option where you can renew or cancel online.
If any of the above services have a £0
price, you will still need to renew
them online, even though no payment is due.
If you do not renew these
services, they will cease to work after the
expiry date.
