An SMTP mail feed will queue your incoming messages ready for your e-mail server to connect and download messages at time intervals that are convenient for you.

Using software such as Microsoft® Exchange Server, you can specify mailboxes for different departments or staff members. When email arrives at your mail server it can then automatically distribute e-mail to your mailboxes. To use your domain name in conjunction with an SMTP mail feed, we would need your hostname and the static IP address of your email server.
