Skymarket houses its network with Telehouse Europe in Docklands, London and Blue Square in Maidenhead. You can find them at www.telehouse.net or www.bluesquaredata.com and some details regarding their facilities can be found below:

Each site is manned 24/7 by trained, uniformed security staff to provide a deterrent to unauthorized access. CCTV, with time-lapse videoing, both internally and externally provides information on possible intrusions to a security control centre. Proximity cards control access within the facility.

Security involves preventing unauthorised entry, however we balance this with our customers needs to control their equipment, but security is never compromised.
Proximity cards control access on all Telehouse Europe sites. These are programmed to allow access only to the necessary areas. Only authorized personnel will be granted access to the facility. To give legitimate customers control of their equipment, access to all sites is 24/7. Access is monitored by our security staff and historical data recorded to provide audit trails if required.

Sustainable power supplies are essential to the continuous operation of equipment demanded by customers. Power continuity is a prime objective of Telehouse Europe.
Telehouse Europe has a sophisticated power distribution system for resilience. Multiple mains electricity feeds are supported by a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) system with generator backup. All of our power back-up systems are individually maintained and checked on a routine basis. Redundant n+1 equipment provides spare capacity to enable maintenance and repairs without interruption to customer services.
